Serpent OS

The same team that brought us Solus (the team split up, one part is still maintaining Solus) is working on a new OS called Serpent OS.

Serpent OS target is to provide a "desktop workhorse". The plan is to include no workarounds and step-backs to maintain legacy functionality. This shows for example in EFI-only support.

The team is also planning to provide an aarch64 build from the very beginning (something that Solus sadly isn't planning).
